The Genomind test kit includes an easy-to-use cheek swab. Your sample can be collected in-office during an appointment, or the test kit can be shipped to your home with a prepaid return shipping label for you to collect your own sample. You may call your commercial insurance representative to find out if Genomind testing is in-network with your plan, or to determine if your HSA/FSA account can provide coverage.
