FAQS
Your Questions Answered
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR PRESCRIBING CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES?
Due to Florida regulations, and in an effort to maintain safety and uphold best practice for both patients and clinicians, we do not prescribe benzodiazepine or psychostimulant medications at this time.

I DON'T HAVE INSURANCE. CAN I STILL RECEIVE SERVICES?
Yes, self-pay is an option. Please reach out for current self-pay rates. Clinicians at Entera Mental Wellness are credentialed with Aetna/Optum/United/Cigna/Oscar Health/Oxford/Medicare, and more.

HOW OFTEN CAN I SEE MY MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN?
You can schedule appointments with your clinician as often as necessary, and by determining a schedule in advance, you can ensure you are able to book appointments when there are openings.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. Please call 984-205-6023 or email support@enteramentalwellness.com and leave a message as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance to avoid late-cancellation fees.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without notice of cancelling. A no-show or late cancellation will result in being charged a fee: the full self-pay rate of the appointment.

WILL I NEED LAB TESTS?
Your clinician may order lab tests to rule out the cause of various symptoms or to monitor specific blood levels corresponding with medications. We have contracts with LabCorp, Quest, Genesight, and Genomind. You may also get lab work performed through a setting of your choice, such as through your Primary Care Physician's office.
